Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that InkFlow has collected during your interactions. We take your privacy seriously and will process all deletion requests promptly.
How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
Via WhatsApp
Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp number. Our system will confirm receipt and begin processing your request.
Via Email
Send an email to privacy@loopiantech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the phone number associated with your interactions so we can locate your records.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your phone number and contact details
- Conversation history and message logs
- Appointment records and scheduling data
- Any preferences or information shared during interactions
Processing Timeframe
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted. In some cases, we may retain minimal records required by law or for legitimate business purposes, which will be clearly communicated to you.
After Deletion
Once your data is deleted, InkFlow will no longer have access to your previous interactions or appointment history. If you contact us again in the future, you will be treated as a new user with no prior history in our system.
